New Roommate Makes the House Rules

Nia is looking for a new roommate to help with the rent, and hopefully manipulate into doing most of the work around the house. She didn't really want a male roommate but Nathan was the first to reply and she's always had a way of getting guys to do what she wants. For now she just wants to show him the house and go from there.
